Melissa Rodríguez
LCMHC, National Certified Counselor
My name is Melissa Rodríguez. I grew up in Puerto Rico and received my advanced education in clinical psychology and mental health counseling in both Spain and the United States.
I have over 15 years of experience working in the areas of health and clinical psychology including addiction, grief, life transitions, tobacco cessation, and trauma.
I am passionate about integrating different art modalities, such as music, literature, and cinema as part of the therapeutic process.
In addition to providing counseling for adults and adolescents dealing with a wide variety of issues and approaches, I provide immigration evaluations for attorneys and nonprofit organizations.
I have the capacity to accept new clients by offering video sessions via Zoom for individuals and families.
I look forward to meeting you and discussing how I may be of assistance.
